Where does the time go? Between work and getting my two back to school it feel like it's been an age since I have posted anything.

Meet baby R, I have been wanting to get my hands on him since he was born, and finally I had the opportunity this Sunday. Such a chilled little man, but I put that down to the parents who are very relaxed themselves :)

It was lovely to see you E&D, and thanks for the fantastic lunch, what a way to work, roast beef and all the trimmings mid shoot........i could get used to that. ;)

Hot in the city

On what was one of the hottest days in London for a while, i had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours with this beautiful family. And with the heat in mind, i had the rare opportunity of getting a few newborn shots outside in the shade of the courtyard.

Baby woo has arrived

What a lovely way to spend a Monday morning with beautiful MJ. I couldn't have asked for a better behaved babe who slept through the whole thing while we dressed, undressed, swaddled and repositioned so many times, she truly has the making of a super model.

MJ is a long awaited arrival, and such a special baby, she couldn't ask for more loving parents. I can't wait to see how much she has grown in 6 months and the additions to her ever growing wardrobe :)

I'm covering this lovely couples wedding in a matter of weeks and can't wait. For a bride that is not a fan of having her photo taken, i don't think she has anything to worry about, that fantastic bubbly personality shines through ;) .

All babies are special, but this little bump is just a bit extra special and due to arrive in a matter of days. I am one lucky photographer who will have the privilege of following baby woo until he or she reaches his or her first birthday. Expect to see lots of photos of T&K's newborn in the next week or so. T&K it was lovely to meet you both and i look forward to working with you all over the next year.

What a couple of sweeties, these two were allowed to get up to mischief for our photo shoot on saturday afternoon, including having permission to jump on the sofa ;) It was lovely to spend the afternnoon with both beautiful families, this is just a quick preview of the many more to come.

Like buses ..

It's been a busy couple of weeks, just like buses, nothing for ages and then 3 come along at once...lol. I have been in my element doing what I love the best and I'm now catching up on all the processing (in between a few more shoots)

I covered this couples engagement session a few months ago and they finally tied the knot the other week. They were so lucky with the weather as they got one of the few sunny days this month.

London to Brighton

It's been an age since i have updated my blog, life has been rather hectic of late and this session is in fact from a couple of weeks ago. This lovely couple are finally tying the knot and i have the honor of capturing their special day. We took sometime out to do a mini engagement session at the wedding venue and get them used to working with me ;)

the bluebell woods

I managed to grab some time out with my family last Sunday. What was a perfect afternoon, we took ourselves off to the bluebell woods in Oxted, Surrey, enjoyed a picnic in a clearing, doing are best to not trample these beautiful flowers which looked more like a blue carpet. I even managed to catch H reading the book in which my photo of her is used on the cover.

Music on Fire

I was honored to be invited to cover the press launch of this years Music on Fire event at The Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst. Although I shoot for magazines on occasion this was a whole new world for me, i really was in there with the paparazzi fighting to get my shots.

This years theme is James Bond, so in true 007 style we had the opportunity to shoot this years special guest star Hayley Westenra along side a beautiful Aston Martin.

Hayley, really was a star (and even helped me carry a prop when the first one mysteriously disapeared!) and a pleasure to work with.

I am sure the event will be a resounding sucess if last year's comments are anything to go by.

All proceeds from this event will go to The Army Benevolent Fund, a charitable organization which supports solider and their families in times of. For more information please visit their website www.musiconfire.com

After what seems like an age I can finally show you all, my first published book cover. I've been sitting on my hands for almost a year waiting to be told I can share this with the world.

I've been assured that the actual book is winging it's way from the USA as we speak and I'll post a photo as soon as I have it in my hands.

In light of this news which has put me in a brilliant mood, I'll be offering the first five people to email me, a free 1 hour midweek session between now and the end of May.

Fair ground attraction

Thank you L for a great shoot, we had a lot of fun yesterday. It was lovely to be able to head down to the beach and be warm after the very odd weather of late. L was the perfect model and didn't even get fazed by the passers by. ;)

Snow Day

If you were in the UK and your looked out of your window on Sunday morning you may have seen something like this. I, like my girls love the white stuff, so what better opportunity to drag them out of bed and down to a local park for a quick shoot before

a)melted (it was gone by lunchtime) and b) everyone else had decided to go and build snowmen.

Now don't get me wrong, I like a good snowman as much as the next person, but as photography is in my blood I wanted that untouched snow ;)

And don't worry coats where hurriedly put back on between shots. :)

On Bank Holiday Monday, I headed out to meet this lovely family and their bundle of fun. What was supposed to be an out door shoot turned into a very quick 15 minutes of outdoor shooting as we tried to keep warm and dry due to SNOW showers!
